Personal Training sessions incorporate strength training, range of motion, core stability, power and cardiovascular movements to burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism for the long term. They also integrate multiple components of function (e.g. proprioception, motor control, power, core stability, etc.) that are appropriate for the current needs of the student for maximal function and quality of life
We start with were you are at, create a program for you and progress when the time is right.
All training sessions are delivered in-person or virtually via Live Zoom calls or pre-recorded videos.

No refunds or exchanges after program begins.
Please allow 2-hour notice for cancellations and reschedules. Late cancels and no shows count as a used session. Unused sessions do not rollover when package expires.
Each session is 45 minutes
