100 Challenge workout
Hey Life Changers! We’ve already kicked off our second annual 100 Workout Challenge, and here are the rules:
The challenge began July 1st and ends December 31st.
Check in at our front desk, grab your card and hand it to one of our team to stamp your “100 Workout Challenge” card, and then Check In on Facebook or comment on MINDBODY mobile app every time you workout.
ONLY one workout per day will be count towards your goal.
Complete 100 workouts by December 31st, and turn your card in to our front desk no later than January 5, 2015.
Members who complete 100 workouts by New Year’s Eve will receive $100.00 on their member prepay!
Not a member? Don’t worry! This challenge is open to all new members, and if you become a member in July, you’ll have plenty of time to complete the challenge by the end of the year.

JUNE SUCCESS SPOTLIGHT
Hey Life Changers!
As we enter the second half of the year it is always good to reflect on the first half. Did you meet the goals you set out for that New Years Resolution? Are you half way to meeting those goals? There is still plenty of time to take action and create impact for yourself.
In just a short period of time I've had the pleasure of coaching Kelli Begay. When we sat down for her Strategy Session the main thing that she wanted to accomplish was to have confidence in both her everyday life and professional career as a Registered Dietitian. I'm a firm believer that even the best coaches need coaches and Kelli had realized this is what she needed. Kelli fell in love with Finally Fit Core Value #4: Constantly Learning, Always Improve.
Since October 2013, she has shown tremendous strength, competitive spirit and grace. It is safe to say that every member who has the pleasure of being in the same session as her has been inspired by her determination and skill. She fell in love with Kettlebell training and is now working towards her RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) in October 2014. During this time she has lost 20.87 pounds of fat and gained 7.18 pounds of lean muscle. She and her husband Lucias have become part of our Executive Athletes competing in our Finally Fit Team Spartan Military Sprint in Fort Carson. They both plan on completing their Spartan Trifecta next year!
Kelli has a passion for reaching out into the community and together we have some huge plans ahead to create IMPACT.
