Hey Life Changers!

We have started registration for our Fall session beginning September 2nd - November 20th.  Space is limited (Only 10 kids per class) and spots fill up fast! Reserve your child’s spot today!

FINALLY……A KIDS FITNESS PROGRAM THAT IS FUN AND EFFECTIVE!!

What is FitRanX?

FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging a child’s fitness level.  This is not a system based on how long based on how long your child has been in a program or how much the instructor think he or she has improved.  This is a REAL ranking system that took years to develop and perfect.

How does FitRanX work?

FitRanX works through standardized fitness testing. There are 8 FitRanX levels with corresponding colors that represent each level.

Fitness Testing?

In order for your child to progress from one level to the next, they must participate in a fitness test that uses specific exercises to determine strength within exercises’ respective muscle groups.  Through scientific testing and years of development, these exercises have been proven to allow your child to demonstrate personal fitness growth in each major muscle group, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.

This is a great compliment to any sport your children may be in and enhance their mobility and performance. We have a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Nutrition Coach on board.  We would be delighted to reach out to the community to help families struggling with childhood obesity.

Hey Life Changers!
It’s easy to get lost.  Especially when you don’t have a road map.  Ever get lost even with a GPS? The same can happen with your fitness goals.  You have a destination in mind but you always seem to be taking the long route to get to where you want to go.  You take a wrong turn and it takes you through this long bumpy road to get back on track.  When you do finally get back on track, a storm hits and you’re stuck in the mud until the clouds part and the sun comes up.

This happened to me this year.  In March, my mom passed away.  It was sudden and it completely changed everything.  My mom was “my why,” my reason for choosing the fitness industry as my career path.  I wanted to help her and get her off diabetes medication. That was back in 2004 when I began this journey.  When she passed away, it seemed my passion, “my why” passed along with her.  I was in a dark place for a period of time, still grieving and now trying to find a new “why.”

I knew I needed to start taking care of myself again.  I had stopped eating regularly.  I skipped breakfast.  Fast food was easier.  Coffee replaced water.  My exercise program stopped.  I lost weight, I lost muscle.  I didn’t feel well.  How can I motivate our clients when I’m not even taking care of myself?  It didn’t matter the circumstance.  I had to Recommit. My road map was still being blocked.  My destination was in sight but my siblings and having the responsibility as moms’ executor were keeping me in the mud.  I felt stuck and a part of me felt like staying in the mud.  I was lost.  I knew where I wanted to go but didn’t know how to get there. I was tired.  I decided to go see my mentors and I brought Miss Kelli with me.  I was shown that “my why” can still be there and I can still do things in honor of my mom.  This was a breakthrough moment for me.  I reached out to my support system and they helped pull me out of a dark time.  I struggled with the thought of starting all over again, but I did.  I treated myself as a brand new client working slowly on Phase 1 of our program and Step 1 of our nutrition program.  Taking it step by step, not all at once.  Within a week I started feeling better and had natural energy again.  Not caffeine induced energy.  I got to thinking about recommitting to myself even more and the reasons why I had to recommit.  Then I wondered how many people need to recommit to themselves.  Then “Recommit to YOU in 42” started to flourish.

Recommit to YOU in 42- Program begins August 25th- October 5th.  For serious female applicants only.  Must submit application to be accepted (ask [email protected] for application). We are only accepting six people for this program so submit your application immediately.

It’s time to get serious and get focused.  How can you be sure you’ll take action this time and stay motivated to finally reach the body you want?  Take on this challenge with a different attitude.  To achieve success, you must change your mindset and decide this will be it.  Decide that you will do what it takes! You are looking for something.  Is it a feeling you’re after? Is it a look you want? Whatever it is, it is within you.  Start to peel back the layers to get to who you really want to become.  Do you want to fit into your skinny jeans again? Do you want to feel sexy and be able to wear whatever you want with confidence? Do you want more energy or maybe you’re tired of feeling ashamed of the way you look, and you want to feel fit and empowered in your own body.  Do you want to feel better in clothes? Or maybe out of clothes?

Bottom line: Are you ready to change and become the person you want to be? Are you ready to do what it takes?

Contact [email protected] for your application.  If you do not take the time to answer these questions I will not help you.  Why? Most people won’t take the time to reflect on what they want and instead will just do the training program and menus looking for the “answer,”  “the cure,” “the miracle pill” “the miracle program.”  These same people will get only a few weeks into the program and lose motivation, and they will be destined to fail because they never took the time to examine why they wanted to change in the first place and, more important, what they were willing to do to achieve that change.  The answer is within yourself and it’s up to you if you’re ready to COMMIT.

IF accepted you will receive
