New Year New You team contest!

Hey Life Changers,

Every year people make New Year’s resolutions on losing weight, getting fit, and eating better. Unfortunately the majority of these people break that resolution around March or April. At Finally Fit, I don’t want any of our members making resolutions. I want them to be making commitments. Lifetime commitments to themselves. What is the reason to getting healthier? You have to dig deep down for that reason, not just “to be healthier.” Why? Is it to get off medications? Keep up with your kids or grand kids? To move better? Feel better? Fit into those clothes that have been sitting in your closet?

Join us at Finally Fit for our 4th annual New Year New You Team Contest. We are accepting 5 teams of 3 people to compete in overall loss of body fat percentage, losing the most body fat and also keeping or gaining lean muscle mass. Let me be clear, THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS COMPETITION, its A FAT LOSS COMPETITION. This commitment is for 6 weeks. Here are the details:

Here’s how it works...

You’ll compete in teams of three people. At least 1 member from your team must be a non-member.

There is no obligation for them to join Finally Fit but these non-member teammates may join as part of their entry into the contest and your team will still qualify.

The team that loses the most total pounds of body fat, gains lean mass, or both will win up to $1000! If you want to build muscle this is for you too!

We’ll kick off the challenge with a short workshop on January 15th at 7pm. Here you’ll learn more about workout recommendations and other details that will help you get the best results.

Everyone on your team must complete their initial weigh in at Finally Fit January 5th– January 19th and then you’ll be required to measure every 2-3 weeks in order to qualify for the Grand Prize.

Final assessments will occur March 2nd – March 6th.

Winning team will be announced at the New Year, New You Finale Party to be held on March 13th, 6:30pm at Finally Fit. We’ll celebrate everyone’s success and hand out up to $1000 cash!

We need at least 5 teams to register by January 19th in order to run this competition. So gather your friends and family members who are ready to start the New Year with a New Body and register today!
