SECOND ANNUAL LESLIE JEAN DIABETES PREVENTION SCAVENGER HUNT!!

~ Remembering and Honoring Leslie Jean Marshall ~

Leslie Jean was a blessing to so many in her family and her community. Her story of strength, resilience and determination is inspirational and Finally Fit would like to honor her and the life she lived by bringing awareness to Type II Diabetes. The scavenger hunt will be a fun, entertaining, competitive and educational experience about diabetes prevention for all involved!!
Join us on this special scavenger hunt!

All proceeds will benefit the
New Mexico Diabetic Advisory Council

Here are the rules:

• All photos must have ALL team members in them except for the one taking the picture and unless otherwise specified by the clue.
• All videos must have at least ONE team member in them unless otherwise specified by the clue.
• For ALL photos and videos: the Finally Fit Sponsor Sheet MUST BE VISIBLE in order for the points to count.
• No items are to be purchased for this event. This is a scavenger hunt, not a shopping spree.
• All Team members MUST stay together, do not split up your team.
• All Team members MUST sign Finally Fit waiver and liability form.
• *Teams must have at least a portion of their team t-shirts showing at all times, and in all pictures and videos!
• This event is FREE for kids with required amount of adults per team.
• Let’s have fun in the city we all love so much. In no way should you cheat, break the law, or inconvenience your peers, businesses, and residents of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho during this 3-hour extravaganza!!

Minimum participants: 2 adults per team
Maximum participants: 5 adults per team
Cost: $20 per adult. THE MORE PARTICIPANTS THE GREATER THE DONATION!
** Also seeking Corporate Sponsorship's for either donation of choice OR of $300 to include 5 entries. All sponsors will have company logo and recognition on all Sponsor Sheets.

When: Saturday November 7th
Time: Team Meeting 2:30pm (You will get the list of clues at this time)
Hunt: 3pm-6pm
After Party: Our after party will begin shortly after 6pm after everyone has returned from the hunt. Finger foods and beverages will be provided for our hunters. Winning team and prizes will be announced before 7pm.
Deadline:  Team registration closes Monday November 2nd 6pm. No refunds or transfers after registration closes.
