Finally Fit says goodbye...

In 2006, Finally Fit was born with an idea, a ton of passion, one person in mind (mom), and a whole lot of ambition and determination.


In October 2011, after working at various gyms over the last 5 years, I decided it was time to open up my own little place and mom was the one to point out the spot that we called home for the next 5 years over on High Assets Way. It was a special place to me, not only because mom picked it, but it was something that my husband, brothers and I put some blood, sweat and back pain with the concrete stain floor and the vision of creating IMPACT in our community.


As we reflect on this year, we’ve had a lot of milestones and changes. Joey graduated with his Masters in Architecture. We found our little Peek-a-poo, the escape artist, Pumpkin. I began to embody the concept of Minimalism that empowered me to let go of the items mom had that I was afraid I would forget and also a lot of my own possessions. We welcomed our second child, Emma Jean into the world. Sophie loves being a big sister! And we started building our team with Shelley and Miguel.


And then on Saturday, Finally Fit officially said goodbye to that beautiful view we had from our 1200 square foot space. Lots of memories and I’m grateful for all of the awesome people who came through the door these past 5 years. Thank you!


Yesterday (Monday) we welcomed our Fitness Family into their NEW 3032 square foot home front and center on 9664-4 Eagle Ranch Road in the Venture Commerce Center east of Costco! We are so excited for our new adventure in this new space! I want to take a moment to send a huge Thank YOU to Shelley, Kevin, Miguel, David, Joey and my brother Aaron for working so hard to help make all of this happen so quickly.
